Overtime

There will be no charge for staying over the allotted times during quieter times however it needs to be noted that this will be at the managers discretion and people could be asked to leave at anytime after the 1.5 hour period and will definitely be asked to either pay for a new session or leave during the busier periods.

Age and height limits and restrictions

• There are no age restrictions for access to Bearheart Castle Soft Play Area Structure
• The only restriction is based on height
• The height restriction is 4 foot 9 inches, which is approximately the height of the average 11 years old
• There are no lower age limits, but we always advise parents with children less than 18 months old to examine the play area before paying
• Parents are allowed to assist their child from within the structure of the soft play area provided they take off their shoes and remove any objects from their pockets.
